One of a collection of only three rare monochromes created in 2022.
In the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, this hub of local life is a triangle of "village" green called, "Parsons Green." This particular view of the crossing of New Kings Road between The Duke on the Green Pub and Parsons Green itself. It is one of a pair in the collection - the other is "Parsons Green Afternoons".
"I was inspired by the early morning freshness of the lawn on the green and how locals are making their regular journeys crossing the Green to the tube station, shops and schools with a spring in their step as they breath in the micro climate of made by the trees and grass."
The idea for a monochrome collection came about from how stunning I find the simplicity of black and white before I add colour and I wanted to share that.
