All my work is about portraying the vitality, essence and joy of a place.
 
This is my first Fulham XL painting on canvas and I loved every minute of painting it. Another favourite scene of mine.
 
I was inspired to capture this moment and absorb the viewer totally (as I was) into the joy shower of sunshine pouring through the trees, illuminating this small patch of green into a glowing oasis.
 
I also wanted to embrace all the typical Parsons Green icons: the number 22 bus on New Kings Road,  Duke on the Green Pub and of course the joy of crossing, lingering and positively relishing this golden triangle of nature in the city.
 
I hope you enjoy the moment too.
